1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kt33" refers to the kt33 platform, website, and all associated services accessible via kt33.io.
• "Platform" means the kt33 website, mobile site, and any related applications or interfaces through which Services are made available.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kt33 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the kt33 Platform.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, and ancillary services provided by kt33 through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by kt33 to Players.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before a Bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone applicable to Bangladesh.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kt33 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including access via mobile devices, tablets, and desktop browsers.

kt33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kt33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with kt33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and kt33.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The kt33 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are 21 or older. kt33 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Services are made available to players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the kt33 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. kt33 does not represent or warrant that the Services are legally available in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited do so at their own risk.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register for or use a kt33 Account:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have been self-excluded from the kt33 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or associates of kt33, or any immediate family members of such persons.
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of kt33 Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Operating multiple Accounts — including under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kt33 reserves the right to close all related Accounts and forfeit any associated balances where this policy is violated.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kt33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time kt33 deems appropriate. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kt33 will never contact you to request your password. All activity carried out through your Account — regardless of whether it was conducted by you or a third party — is your sole responsibility. You must notify kt33 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kt33 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. kt33 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. kt33 aims to process most MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 15 minutes of approval. Bank card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. kt33 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security checks or KYC verification.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the kt33 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment is initiated in a foreign currency, conversion to BDT will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. kt33 is not responsible for currency conversion charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

5.5 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits to and withdrawals from a kt33 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. kt33 does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Any suspected third-party transaction may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on kt33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules. kt33 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, incorrect odds published due to a system error, or events subsequently found to have been manipulated.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play odds are subject to rapid fluctuation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. kt33 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time due to a change in match status, interruption of the event, or where market integrity may be at risk.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

Casino games and slot titles available on kt33 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages. kt33 does not control the internal logic or outcomes of third-party games; outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective studios.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are applied at the market, game, or event level and are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. kt33 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Players as determined by the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Existing Players may be eligible for reload bonuses, free spins, or loyalty rewards as communicated by kt33 from time to time.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless an alternative requirement is stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

kt33 strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing bets that hedge, arbitrage, or otherwise circumvent wagering requirements; using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, kt33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the relevant Account.

7.4 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

kt33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has partially satisfied wagering requirements, kt33 will make a determination on a case-by-case basis. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kt33 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any way, including for the purpose of placing bets.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any other activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a bet or game.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity (money laundering).
• Sharing Account access with any other person.
• Making any false or fraudulent payment, or initiating a chargeback without first contacting kt33 support.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kt33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and game interfaces — is the property of kt33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the kt33 Platform without prior written permission from kt33. The kt33 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary marks of kt33. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kt33 excludes all liability for any losses or damages — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of the Platform. This includes losses arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or market data.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any force majeure event beyond kt33's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, or regulatory actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Privacy & Data

kt33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kt33 applies SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmissions on the Platform and does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

kt33 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kt33 will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the change.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of commercial contract law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through kt33's internal dispute resolution process.
